- Most sellers require a preapproval letter with offers.
- Trust us on this. Everything goes smoother when you use a LOCAL lender.
- Shop around for the best lender that fits your needs.
- Ask us for a list of local lenders we recommend.
DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT IN A HOME
- Make a checklist of needs, wants, and wishes.
- Consider location, HOA, bedrooms, house or condo, all the things.
- Get on the same page with your spouse/family if applicable.
