Meet Kelli Sullivan,  Broker Associate with  Beachy Beach Real Estate. Her Real Estate  experience dates back to 1998. She lives in the up and coming West Bay area and has rental properties close to the Beach. She moved to the beach from Nashville, Tennessee after vacationing in the area for years and knowing the beach lifestyle was more of her cup of tea than city life.

Kelli goes the extra mile by taking additional time and effort assisting buyers and sellers. Unfortunately, she’s had some poor experiences with realtors in the past, which led her to promise herself that she would only be known for her EXCEPTIONAL service! She offers her personal & professional experiences from her many, many, many (oh my!) years of real estate. With her laid back, authentic and easy style she makes sure that you are informed and comfortable with your transactions.
