Quack up for Beach Care Services at the Duck Race on May 10th at Laketown Wharf in Panama City Beach, Florida. Beach Care Services is a local charity that fulfills a specific niche of helping locals with short-term emergencies. They are all about Locals Helping Locals.
What is the Duck Race?
The Duck Race is a quackin’ good time with several local restaurants for a “taste and race.” Local businesses race on giant rubber duckies for the chance to win the championship Duck Team. Bring cash to participate in the 50/50 raffle and the auction for amazing prizes. The night will end with an exciting race of hundreds of rubber duckies. If your ducky is the one that wins, you will walk away with $1,000!

What is Beach Care Services?
Beach Care Services is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides emergency assistance with rent payments, utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, clothing, employment information, and a variety of other requests to those living and working in the Panama City Beach area. They have helped thousands of Panama City Beach residents pay bills, afford their prescriptions, and buy gas or trolley passes to get to work. In any given year, BCS provides assistance to between 700-900 individuals and families in great need. None of this could happen without your support.
