1) How long have you been A Full-Time Realtor in this Area?

We at the Got Beach Team at Beachy Beach Real Estate have been practicing real estate in this area since 1998. 90% of our business is on beach property. We love it!

2) What Sets You Apart in this Industry?

Experience. Marketing. Communication.

Throughout the years, we have learned a lot about the best marketing practices for properties and new techniques so we can keep sellers informed. We go above and beyond to stage your property for photos. We also recognize that exposure is a crucial element for marketing your home. To increase our listings’ exposure, we have joined both the Bay and Walton Associations of Realtors– exposing your home to over 4,450 realtors and countless websites.

Our listings automatically shoot out to websites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia. Listing also go to a few specialized sites, including ListHub & HomeSnap. Our social media presence is unmatched. We have two marketing directors and unparalleled recognizability online. We also tailor our marketing related to open houses, signage, and lockboxes to accommodate each owner’s preferences.

Our incredibly valuable experience has taught us a great deal about how to market properties, including staging, marketing, and communicating. We tailor our marketing to fit the needs of each customer and property. Experience is the best teacher, and we have years of experience as both buyers and sellers in this industry. We have experienced the joys and stresses of the process of purchasing our own primary homes and investment properties, and we can empathize with you better than most.

We make ourselves available to our customers and are very hands-on with them throughout the process; our involvement sets us apart from other real estate teams that expect you to speak to different team members throughout the transaction. We stay involved every step of the way!

Renata offers a bonus skill to the team as she is bilingual.

3) Are there any additional or hidden fees in the listing agreement?

4) What Qualities or Certifications do you have?

The Got Beach Team consists of a scrappy, diverse, evolving team of Realtors. We are highly knowledgeable and familiar with properties and communities on the beach. Our team is constantly studying the beach market, the beach inventory, new technology, and business practices. In addition to classes, we meet monthly with the Ramsey Trusted Network of Top Agents around the United States to learn and brainstorm recent trends in Real Estate. We are continually learning on the job and in the classroom.

Between us, we have many other accreditations and training certificates including Broker/Associate, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), EPRO, and more, but the bottom line is – We get the job done!

5) What forms of communication will you use to stay in touch with me?

We cater our contact to your schedule and your preferences. We use email, text, phone, Facetime, Zoom, etc. – whatever you are comfortable with.

6) Can you give me examples of how you will assist me in the process of selling my home?

Staging. Professional Photography. Exposure.

We begin by meeting with the owners and previewing the property. We ask questions regarding the property (features, improvements, etc.). Once we see the property and know your expectations, we research & recommend a list price. We will use estimated closing net sheets to let you know the costs associated with the selling of your property, so there will be no surprises.

Once you are ready to begin the listing process, we will do a walk-through of your property. We will outline a room-by-room list of suggestions to help stage your property for professional photos. Our team will discuss a customized game plan for the marketing of your home. We will then go over the listing documents required to list your home. Once we have all the documentation, information, and professional photos completed, we will list your property in both Bay & Walton County Associations, allowing for the most significant amount of exposure.

7) How do you set realistic expectations for your customers?

After establishing your expectations, we will provide you with all the information you need to decide whether or not this is the best time to put your house on the market. Based on the market, the condition of your home, and other variables (such as the age of the roof, curb appeal, location, etc.), we research the market and go over a recommended price range with you. We make sure there are no surprises and go over all the costs in selling your home to make sure you are comfortable with the net figures before placing your home on the market.

8) Can you provide references?

Absolutely! Ask our moms! Just kidding (kind of). In all seriousness, our statistics can substantiate our caliber of care. We also have many testimonies on our GotBeach.com website and our Zillow profile.
