Coming soon to Panama City Beach – Margaritaville Resort!

The new Margaritaville Resort will be located on more then 13 acres located in Panama City Beach and will feature a full-service hotel, amenity park, function space, signature Margaritaville food and beverage concepts, retail, residential properties for sale and more.

Panama City Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and will bring opportunities to everyone all around, but most importantly bring back positive energy to the area.

Additional details and timing for the development will be announced in the coming months but is expected to begin a phased opening in Spring 2021.

2-acre park with multiple swimming pools, private cabanas, a lazy river ride and a children’s splash area.
