The Got Beach Team at Beachy Beach Real Estate has been practicing real estate in this area SINCE 1998. We have experienced and maneuvered through the many, ever-changing local real estate market venues, the lows, the highs, oil spills, hurricanes, and inventory issues. What an exciting and challenging career choice! And guess what? We love it!

Besides our experience, which truly does count in this industry, we have learned a tremendous amount about navigating the volatile real estate market for the past few decades. Can you give me examples of how you will assist me in the selling process of my home?
The Got Beach Team will start with a marketing meeting and discuss the reasons that you are selling. Kelli and Renata will go over our marketing guidelines and LISTEN to your expectations. We discuss the closing costs involved in selling your home and review the numbers with you. Moving on, we include a walk-through of your property and outline a room-by-room list of suggestions that will help stage your property for professional photos. After we view your home, we will discuss a customized game plan for the marketing of your home. We will cater a plan specifically for you and your property. We are associated with two associations – Bay and Walton – exposing your home to over 4,450 realtors and countless websites. Our listings automatically shoot out to websites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and more. We have two marketing directors and unparalleled recognizability online. We have also revamped our beautiful website.
Are there any additional or hidden fees in the listing agreement?
Our listing agreement is an easy-in, easy-out listing agreement. There are ZERO hidden fees. There are no photography fees, no marketing fees, no transaction fees, and no cancellation fees (we are confident that you will be satisfied with our service).
What forms of communication will you use to stay in touch with me?
We use all forms of communication that are available: email, text, phone, video meetings, Facetime, etc, etc. We cater our communication to your schedule and your preferences.
How do you set realistic expectations for your customers?
After establishing what your expectations are, we will provide you with all the information you need in order to make a decision on whether or not this is the best time to put your house on the market.
Based on the market, the condition of your home, and other variables (such as the age of the roof, curb appeal, location, etc), we research the market and go over a recommended price range with you. We make sure there are no surprises and go over all the costs in selling your home to make sure you are comfortable with the net figures before placing your home on the market.
